Bunker Buddie – 30-Day Return Policy

We stand by the quality and reliability of the Bunker Buddie™. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it—no stress, no hassle.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The Bunker Buddie must be unused and in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

• You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Situations

We can’t accept returns if:

• The Bunker Buddie™ shows signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.

• It's been customized, modified, or altered.
  

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@bunkerbuddie.com . 

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

3. We’ll email you a return label and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or a defect).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned Bunker Buddie, we’ll send you a confirmation.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
